About Us

Highveld Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No 2003/020694/07) believes that information and communication is vital in resolving disputes.

The centre strives to inform and educate the public and government employees on constitutional rights and government systems.

It also acts as a forum where disputants may find a panel of neutral lawyers and technical experts. These lawyers and experts are formally qualified and are experienced in their field. They are also temperamentally suited to alternative dispute resolution.

The centre is registered as a private company. It is based in Centurion, which forms part of the Metropolitan Municipality of Tshwane, Gauteng. Centurion is just South of Pretoria.

We will send you a brief resume of each lawyer on request. Some of these lawyers are employed by the centre, others practise for their own account.

We also have a panel of technical and scientific experts, whose resumes are likewise available on request.
