Repairer
accuses client
of driver abuse
Imagine
installing a new clutch in your 5 year old luxury car, and then
having to replace it after 3 months and 5 000 km.
Adding
insult to injury, the repairer refuses to replace the clutch on
his account. He alleges the damage was caused by "driver
abuse".
We
sent the clutch to a technical expert who inspected the clutch
and the car and found that brake fluid caused the damage to the
clutch. The end result was that the repairer repaired the car
on his account.
